Important Information

• Early bird registration will end on October 21st, 2025.
• One email address is required per registration. Please use the same email address to sign up for the event.
• The link to the event app is included in the confirmation email.
• Certain countries may experience issues registering through Zoom Events. Please email cnrcourse@gmail.com with your name, email address and ticket that you’d like to register for if this happens.
• The CNRC is a live event. On-demand recordings will be available up to 30 days after the conference ends through the platform.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after November 14, 2025. A processing fee of $10 will be retained on all virtual only cancellations and $50 for all onsite cancellations. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Registrations are not transferable.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone this event. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for events canceled by the organizers will be completely refunded.
